Recently, new VS heptathlete Antisha Anderson suffered a black-out spell during training. After being taken to a hospital, an examination revealed a large tumor on her heart. Antisha underwent a successful surgical removal of the tumor last weekend here in Los Angeles and has now returned to Mississippi. While her prognosis for a complete recovery is excellent, it is unlikely she will be cleared to resume training within the next 12-months. VS Athletics Track Club members and VS Athletics employees all wish Antisha God’s speed in her recovery.
